A Brief History of our Company's Growth!

    Our company began as PCD, Inc. in 1991 at Fort Smith, AR. as an agent for a major LTL carrier.  We quickly expanded to Jonesboro, AR. for the same carrier and grew by becoming an agent for other LTL carriers.  During the mid 1990's we saw the oppurtunity to offer LTL service within the state.  As an outgrowth of this, we entered into a marketing partnership with a Memphis based carrier doing business in certain areas of Arkansas.  The successful partnership concluded by PCD, Inc. acquiring the Arkansas assets of Three Way Transfer, Inc. in 1997.  At that time we became Three Way Transfer of Arkansas!
